2.  Commercial new construction. Saffron colored yellow lacquer finish to curved ash walls and bar of this popular Indian restaurant in Berkeley.

3.  Finished kitchen and family room. In the family room, starting from an aged resawn redwood: applied an opaque light color lacquer, followed by glaze, to achieve a lighter tone wood, and client's objective for a lightened room. Kitchen casework lacquered in a "japanned" technique using blue and white to blend with stone countertops.
